Eng. Abdullah ben Ahmed Baqshan was born in 1955 at Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he received primary education. He continued his preparatory and secondary education at Jeddah.
In 1977, Eng. Abdullah A. Baqshan received his bachelor degree in civil engineering from King Fahd of Petroleum and Minerals.

5. Member of the Graduates Club in King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
6. Chief of a set of companies in Abdullah Said Baqshan & His Bros. Group.
7. Owner and Chief Executive of the Arabian Consulting Engineering Center (one of the consulting firms in Saudi Arabia). The center supervised the implementation of distinguished projects in          public and private sectors e.g. housing and commercial buildings, roads, airports, bridges, hospitals, etc.
8. Owner of House of Invention International Corp. that implemented various projects and activities in the Kingdom.
9. Founder of AlAhli Takaful Company and Mount Omar Project
10. Secretary General of both Hadhramout and Aden universities.
